1830: Acquisition by Karl Kimeswenger ("K. K."), see initials on the entrance portals ("Karl Kimeswenger Gutshof")
Until 1912: multiple changes of ownership.
07/1912: Acquisition of the inn & bakery, Prix Johann and Theresia 1st generation
1937: Handover of the inn & bakery, Prix Johann and Anna 2nd generation
1966: Handover and conversion into a hotel in 1972, Vösenhuber Herbert and Eleonore (née Prix) 3rd generation
1991: Handover of Hotel Vösenhuber, Wendtner Jutta (née Vösenhuber) 4th generation
2011: Renovation and expansion of Hotel Vösenhuber, ~ business rooms, Wendtner Johann and Jutta
07/2012: 100th anniversary, Prix-Vösenhuber-Wendtner family
